How do I get my old ATT forums email/username back?

I finally found this forum after ATT closed their U-verse forums.  I tried to sign up to this

one using my old email address and I'm told the email address is in use.  I then tried to reset

the password for the email address with the "forgot password" link, but received no reset password email.  So, I signed up with another email address and got in.  I really don't want to use this address since it has turned into a spam collector.  Is there an administrator out there that can help me reactivate my old email address?
