How do I get help? I've been on hold at 800-288-2020 for nearly two hours.
One of our TVs just says ATT Uverse unavailable. I can press Restart Receiver, and eventually just gets back to same error. Pressing Menu key does nothing (kind of like calling, emailing, or whatever to try to get help).

I would suggest a whole house reboot:
- Unplug all of your AT&T U-verse TV gear (receivers, DVR, WAP) and the AT&T Gateway.
- Plug in the AT&T Gateway and let it boot back up
- Plug in the AT&T DVR until it comes up and is working
- Plug in the AT&T WAP (for your wireless receivers) and give it a minute or two
- Plug in the rest of your AT&T TV equipment
