Help .. where is Aspire channel?

I have had channel ASP (Aspire) for a long time with at&t U-verse, but for the past few days it indicates that it's no longer in my channel lineup. Why?

What TV package do you have?  I still have it on U450.

 

AT&T has been known to move channels from one level to another.

It should be 158 in SD and 1158 in HD for U-Verse customers.

Aspire is available on U300 & U450....at least according to the channel lineup I found.

I have U-Verse, AT& T removed that channel, also The Hallmark Movie channel.

I see Hallmark Movie Channel on 1365 and Aspire on the previously-mentioned location.

What package do you have? What happens when you press 365 and 1365 on your remote?

I have the channels, there's nothing on them. I must have the 200's with AT&T. I think I need to have 300 and up. Hallmark Movie Channel should be included with the 200 level. It's not like it's HBO.

Hallmark MOVIE Channel is a MOVIE CHANNEL.

Movie channels are included on U300, U450 packages... not U200.

If have U200 will need to upgrade...

Part of the confusion is that ATT was offering (including) a higher package during a part of the COVID-19 then discontinued returning people back to their subscribed package.

They're on U-300. If you want the channels, call 800-288-2020 to upgrade.

There's nothing to "return" as the channels are on the lineup. As already said, there was a period of time last year when all customers had a bunch of channels made available as a free courtesy. The free preview ended a long time ago.
