HDMI 1 not working, HDMI 1 OK

I have TV Family Standard plan 180 channels. Last week I watched college football on local channels. No changes in between. This week the HDMI 2 (TV) input is not available. HDMI 1 for internet apps still working.  Support says no problem on their end. HDMI cable is securely fastened. Any ideas what happened?
