Guide only shows 3 days out of programming
I’m in the Fort Worth area and have had this problem for a number of days now. I’d like to record a few shows that are premiering 5-6 days from now, but when I go to the guide and try to scroll to future shows/programs, it stops and gives me the “getting information” bar after moving forward 48 hours. I’ve all ready tried rebooting. Anyone else have this problem?

We can help you with your program guide so that you can record your favorite shows again, @Txhello.
We encourage you to reboot your modem or Wi-Fi gateway. That will help re-sync your connection.
Here are steps to take to reboot your modem:
Finally, we encourage you to use our troubleshooting & resolve tool on U-verse TV. It is designed to diagnose and fix service and connectivity issues.
Please let us know if this helps.

Shut down your computer.
You don't need to do this in order to reset any AT&T equipment.
Sarcasm: How can I read the rest of the instructions after I turn my computer off?

I don't know how the telephone cord plays a part!

Well, some of the cables out of the back of the gateway can look like phone wires.

I think that article he copied from (and linked) was originally written for legacy DSL. You know, back 20-25 years ago when you only had one computer connected to your DSL modem. And that DSL modem was actually connected to the wall jack using the same phone cord you'd use for a phone. And if you wanted more than one computer you had to have a separate router, so that's why that optional step is there.
But now... geesh. The U-verse TV customer could be using fiber. He could have 15 computers connected to the Gateway. Most of the Gateways no longer have a DSL light.
Nice try, Olajide, but U-verse TV customers will NEVER, EVER, have legacy DSL. They'll have either VDSL2 or Fiber. Period.

Ahh... I never had DSL. I went from dial-up to cable to OG U-Verse to fiber.
