Food Network App

I am trying to use my AT&T login information for the Food Network App on my Apple TV. It has been working for months. I’ve never had a problem with it until now. When I go to click my TV provider on the Food Network website (watch.foodnetwork.com/activate), I click “AT&T U-Verse” and it gives me this error. I can’t even get to the page where I enter my email and password. I contacted Food Network, and they said that they think the problem is on AT&T’s end. Can anyone help with this?

It’s a thing that no one wants to be bothered to fix.  Just keep retrying or try at a later time and it should eventually go through.

I've found (sometimes) that uninstalling the app and then reinstalling can help.

Thank you @baseballisback for the useful information. As stated by our ACE Expert, uninstalling and reinstalling the Food Network app can help. Also, try restarting your Apple TV and make sure that the app is updated.
