False charge for ATT DirectTV

Hi,

I might be in the wrong forum.  I can't find a category for this.

Experian shows an unpaid debt from ATT DirectTV, for around $700.  I confirmed with ATT themselves that I've never had DirectTV, but Radius Global Solutions records it as a debt.

Experian disputed the claim for me, but the only result is

"The information you disputed has been verified as accurate"

and

"You may contact the entity that originated the information and dispute with them directly. This is usually the company that provided you the loan or other credit,..."

But the only people who seemed to 'originate' the claim was Radius themselves.  I already contacted AT&T.

It sounds like the next step is a lawyer.  Has anyone had this same problem?
