facing issue with signing on to Uverse TV app on iphone and ipad

Sign in issue with the U-verse iPhone and ipad app. 
has been down for months

at&t technical said they know it and are working on it. 
For months?

Really?

Highly doubt anything is been being done at all. 
U-verse is a superior product to anything on the market of any TV provider. 
AT&T has chosen to drop U-verse in favor of less costly/inferior product direct TV

Therefore no more support for U-verse. 
This is a ploy to get customers to move to DirectTV. 
Truly sad.

Hi there, Mj6022! There is a known issue with the U-Verse TV app. Our techs are aware of it and working hard to get it back working again. 

 

Now there is a workaround for the login issue though. If you can login to your account online and go to your profile and find your "Member ID." 

 

Try using the "Member ID," instead of the Access ID(email address), to log in with.
