Error when logging in for online TV streaming
I keep getting the attached error message whenever I try to stream a TV show online from a network's website (like CBS, A&E, ABC, etc.). I have ATT Uverse and when it asks me to log into my TV provider, I continuously get this error when I put in my correct log in. It happens on every browser I have (Safari, Chrome, Firefox). I've attempted clearing my cache with no luck. Any suggestions?

We recommend that you clear the cache and cookies and uninstall and reinstall the apps.

I've cleared the cache and tried other suggestions yet still have the same issue on multiple browsers.

I thought so since you mentioned Safari. I can test for you on a Windows machine as I haven’t tried this lately, but even under the best of circumstances, that authentication mechanism has been flakey. Usually it takes several repeated attempts to get one to go through and stick.
