DVR unavailable

When trying to access my list of recordings, I receive a message “the recordings list is unavailable“. I tried to troubleshoot his program online, but was unsuccessful.

Unplug everything.

Plug the gateway back in and wait for normal operations.

Plug the WAP back in and wait for normal operations.

Plug the DVR back in and wait for normal operations.

Plug the receivers back in and wait for normal operations.

When you're plugging everything back in, make sure all connections are tight.

You can also run cat6 ethernet cable directly from your gateway to your DVR. This can solve a lot of headaches.

If it still doesn't work, call 800-288-2020 during weekday hours and ask for technical support.

If you have to return the DVR, do so as soon as you get the replacement. You can do so at any FedEx or UPS store. You'll lose your saved shows and settings, but not your list of future recordings.
