Digital channels freeze constantly
When watching ANY show, the digital channels freeze and then continue again causing us to miss parts of every show we watch.
In addition, the entire system will shut down and reboot at least once to twice a day

We're here to help you get back to enjoying your shows, mbelt412!
Just as gr8sho stated, we will need some information on what equipment you have that is shutting down and rebooting. This will help us determine what detailed steps to give you for troubleshooting.
With what you've shared so far, we suggest making sure your equipment is plugged directly into a wall outlet, and not any type of power strip or surge protector. If it is not plugged directly into a wall outlet, it could cause power issues to your equipment which would create the reboots that you are experiencing.
Could you also let us know what you mean by your digital channels? Is this a specific type of channel for you, such as On Demand?
We hope to hear back from you!

The main box is the culprit. Suspect it’s the gateway / router (whatever the box is that the cable from the wall feeds into)
I have lost internet completely on several Teams and Zoom calls.

Let's get your shows to run better, @mbelt412!
If you haven't already, you may want to try restarting your gateway, to see if it improves the quality of your shows. This usually fixes common internet issues.
Please let us know if that helps! We may need to take a closer look at your gateway it it doesn't.

Sorry… misspoke. Not “digital” but HD channels. Only the HD channels (those in the 1,000’s) constantly freeze and pickup again causing us to miss 2-3 seconds. This happens up to 4 times a minute some nights.

Thank you for the clarification, mbelt412!
Did you try our suggestion to restart your gateway? If not, please do so, and let us know if the problem persists.
You can also try performing a non-disaster recovery on the receiver to refresh it and get the channels to stop freezing up. You can find the steps to do that here in the Forums: How to Troubleshoot your DVR/Receivers | AT&T Community Forums (att.com). Step 3 is where you'll need to begin.
We'll be awaiting your response!

You can restart the gateway or even factory reset the gateway to try that out to see if clears up any of the problems you're seeing. Which model gateway do you have there.
