Customer Asking for Printable Channel Line up that Includes the Channel numbers
Lots of customers are calling to ask for a printable channel line up but it seems we don't have a website that can provide that. Can we update our websites so that it includes the channel #s? We have new customers who are complaining. Tried to research all our ATT sites but haven't found a solution to this issue yet. The closest website that we can provide to the customer is att.com/channellineup yet again this does not include the channel numbers once printed out.

I think the problem of providing a printed channel guide is that local channels are very specific. My local (Dallas) NBC channel is going to be different than your NBC channel. Same with ABC, CBS, FOX and any other local independent channels your market may have. Here in Dallas, we have many local independent channels that others don't have.
Edit: I found this LINK and while the webpage doesn't have a print option, depending on what browser you are using, you can print the page using the "Print" option. I use Firefox and could print it but it was 7 pages. Again, it does not include local channels since it is not market specific.
