Second Sunday in a row that CBS stutters on Uverse. How can this be fixed?

Is it just CBS? What other channels and what days?

If it's *just* CBS and *just* Sundays, it might be something with the signal being sent. Do you have an antenna you could test it on?

If it stutters on other channels, I'd suggest 800-288-2020 for tech support.

We'd be happy to help you fix the broadcast on CBS, Dtasd.

Let's start by rebooting your receiver. Just press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.

We also suggest using the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool on U-verse TV if rebooting doesn't help.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Press Menu on the U-verse Remote Control.
  2. Scroll down to Help, then press OK.
  3. Select Information.
  4. Scroll to Troubleshoot & Resolve, then press OK.
  5. Select the service you want to troubleshoot and allow the interactive diagnostic test to run and complete.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to resolve. Other options may include dispatching a technician or speaking to a Customer Care agent.

In addition to troubleshooting, please answer baseballisback's probing questions, so we can get a better idea as to what could be causing this.

We'll be awaiting your response!

We have the same issue with CBS on Directv for the last year or so. Had a tech out, troubleshooted through the chat and phone tech and it was escalated up. Got new receivers too but there was no fix. It’s so annoying, especially when watching football.

@JKA63

This thread is for U-Verse which has nothing to do with broadcasting and delivery for DirecTV. Please post in the correct section of the forum, and create a new one if you cannot find one recent.
