cbs all access with ATT Uverse

We are an ATT Uverse 300 subscriber.  When we try to sign in to CBS all access through the subscriber portal we get an error message.  Anyone have a solution here?

AT&T U-verse grants no access to the CBS App.

Thanks JefferMC, just one more reason to be disappointed with ATT services.  For what they charge/month you would think they would include more value for the subscriber.

CBS All Access is a SEPARATE PAID streaming service just like Netflix, Prime or Hulu.

Fun fact:  CBS All Access will change to Paramount Plus on March 4.

.....and if you want to throw shade, throw it at CBS.  Each network decides where their programming will be available.

Dr. Pimplepopper is moving to Discovery+ but I can't blame AT&T for that.

While I appreciate your defense of ATT, as a consumer who elects to purchase multiple services from them, paying >$500/mo in bills, I was hoping ATT would be willing to build in value to the subscriptions. In essence they are encouraging their customers to explore other options in the growing streaming world.

Hence the reason more and more consumers are choosing to "pull the plug" on paid TV service (ie: cable/satellite) and go exclusively to streaming.

Most of my friends and family have streaming only using Hulu or YouTubeTV.  Apparently, I'm the dinosaur in the group.  😆

There is a lower level of access that can be provided below "CBS All Access."  You get more limited streaming.  My daughter has this access as a result of her Charter service.

But, I think it's controlled by the local affiliate agreement.  If AT&T's agreement with the local CBS affiliate provides for the access, you get it.  If AT&T's agreement with the local affiliate does not, then you don't.  I don't.  When I select "AT&T U-verse" from the provider selection , I get "Your TV provider is not yet supported in your location."

So, it was a poor statement on my part that AT&T U-verse doesn't provide access to the lower tier.  AT&T U-verse doesn't always provide access to the lower tier of the CBS app access.  Like the other providers (Dish, Spectrum, Xfinity, etc.), it doesn't provide "All Access" to "CBS All Access"; that requires a separate subscription.

Maybe the OP is on to something.  While we're at it, let's throw in Peacock, Disney, Hulu, Netflix, and Prime in there.  Now we're talkin'!

And if we want to muddy the waters even more, I see that Roku Channel is adding 13 new live channels to it's free lineup
