CARE CODE: 201 [LU100]

Just created another sunday ticket U account for this season (I am a student). Got the confirmation email and all. But now, when I try to login or change my password, gives me the error:

"Check your entry and try again. Keep in mind, you’ll have to reset your password after too many unsuccessful sign-in attempts."

my entries were 100% correct. Ive tried about 50 times. So i tried creating anew account and:

"This email address is being used for a DIRECTV package. Please sign in to add NFL Sunday Ticket to your package."

So I have an account but cant login? This is absolutely ridiculous.
