ATT does not have streaming rights for Uverse on AMC, but Uverse online has 4 episodes.

Why are they not allowed Streaming rights? I have found this happening with multiple sites. I do not think I should have to go to Uverse online to see this when AMC already offers it.

Also, AMC offers many, many shows on their site. You are only offering three: Walking Dead,  Better Call Saul and Comic Book Man. There are many other series that I am interested in and you don't offer them. Also, you are only offering 2 episodes of Walking Dead. AMC offers at least 5 and for many series, it offers all episodes.

So why do you not have permission to connect us to AMC streaming? And why have I been able to watch streaming (of a total of 2 episodes!!) in the past month and now I cannot?

I'm still having this issue!! I pay over $250 a month for uverse and AMC is one of the channels I get but it doesn't have the shows I want to watch! It's on the AMC+ app but it won't let me sign in thru uverse as my provider. I'm not adding an extra $7 or $8 to my bills! It's ridiculous. Makes ya want to cancel the uverse and just go with the streaming services that I'd watch.

We'd be happy to help you sign in to the AMC+ app with your U-Verse account, mikefrench817.

Before we begin, we need you to create a new thread. This one is 7 years old and is subject to being closed, which will prevent us from responding to you.

When you create the new thread, be sure to give us the following details:

  • The type of device you're using to sign in (iPhone, Android phone, tablet, etc.).
  • The error message you get when you try to sign in.
  • If you're able to sign in to AMC's website.

This will help us find the best troubleshooting options for you and determine if the problem is with your account, the device, or AMC.

Looking forward to working with you!

@mikefrench817   AMC PLUS is a PAID streaming service.  AMC (not PLUS) is a FREE streaming service with your TV service.  I have the AMC app on my Roku.

Neither of these services are controlled by AT&T and cannot be 'added' to your Uverse service or accessed through your Uverse STB.

If you have Netflix, Hulu, Prime or any of the other streaming services, AMC works the same way.  It is an app and it is accessed using a smartTV or a streaming device like a Roku or Firestick.

So....AMC PLUS costs extra.  AMC streaming does not and is free with your Uverse account.
