Cannot stream Showtime Anytime, Bravo, A&E using UVERSE authentication codes

Every so often I have to reenter an activation code when I go to different streaming apps on my smart TV.  Over the past week, every one I have been asked to login using an authentication code, I have gotten the following Internet Protocol Error:

An error occurred fulfulling the current request to https://zlp43257.vci.att.com/sps/authservice/authentication.

This first happened with A&E a week ago.  Then it happened with Bravo a few days ago.  I called AT&T.  They said that it was with the network because my Uverse is fine.  Today, it happened with Showtime.  Showtime said that it is definitely AT&T.

Anyone know who I can call?  Everyone says it is not them...
