bill too high and channels listed but unable to get

I have tried over and over to get someone to help me with my billing. I have asked for promotions and usually I am able to get one but now I am unable and need to get my bill lowered. Since covid my daughter is not working due to no child care for her son. I am force to pay all bills. I am a teacher and I need help with my u-verse and wireless account. It seems that ATT have discounts for new customers but none for customers that has been with them for years. I need help.

Also when I look at the channels i am paying for but not all are coming up on my screen. Example: channel 1151(SYFY) will show but 1152W (SyFY)does not.  Can someone please tell me how to get through to someone to help me!!!!!

Bear in mind that Uverse is at EOL (End of Life).  They are no longer selling Uverse (no new customer deals since there are no new customers).

As far as discounts, again, AT&T has no motivation to offer discounts since UV is on the way out.  You can call CS but the chances of getting any kind of discount is slim & none.  If you want a lowered TV service, look into a new AT&T TV account.  This is the newest addition to the AT&T gallery of products.

AFA channels goes, you mention SyFyW.  This is the west coast feed of SyFy.  I don't know where you are located but I don't get SYFYW here in Texas.

AT&T doesn't have any promotions for new customers to AT&T U-verse TV, because they quit offering it to new customers a year and a half ago.  There are few, if any, remaining promotions to get for U-verse TV and the prices does keep going up because the content providers keep charging more at each carriage re-negotiation.

Some channels allow AT&T to show both the East and the West feeds to a customer (e.g. TBS).  Some will not.  I'm not sure where SyFy sits on this issue, but this could be your difficulty.  However, SyFy West is the exact same content as SyFy, only 3 hours behind.
