Can you let us know what error message you are receiving? This way we can provide the proper steps to resolve your situation.

Can you also let us know the following:

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app? This can correct any settings in the app that may be causing this.
Have you reset your password? This re syncs your account and is the solution to some error messages.
