Access to Streaming Services via U-Verse packages
With the growing number of streaming services U-verse subscribers can gain access to by using their U-verse account, I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread where information regarding which U-verse packages are required to access the streaming services.
Obviously, you need to subscribe to HBO in order to access HBO Max.
For Paramount Plus, do you need to have the Paramount Channel (which is in the U-200 package and up), or do you also need to have Showtime, which would be the U-300 package and up?
Likewise, the new DTC ESPN app. Is access to that for all packages, from U-200 and up, or is there a minimal package required?

ParamountPlus with Showtime is in the U-300 and higher tiers, and is required for ParamountPlus access. U-200 (the Paramount channel) is insufficient.
The ESPN announcement does not say, and it's not available yet in any case.

Keep in mind that each streaming app is available a la carte. Prices vary based upon tier/promotion.

As far as I know, access to apps like Paramount+ and the ESPN app are not included in U-verse channel packages. You need a separate subscription to those streaming services, while U-verse credentials only unlock network apps directly related to the channels in your package.

Don’t forget the Zoneify app which is available to all U-verse subscribers and is even accessible from the receiver box.

Allow me to educate you.
1) From https://help.paramountpluswithshowtime.com/s/article/SHO-DIRECTV-DIRECTV-Stream-AT-T-U-verse-Hulu-with-Live-TV-or-Spectrum-subscriber
2) From https://www.att.com/support/article/u-verse-tv/KM1001086/
This will be changing somewhat with Disney and ESPN's new service tiers.

@JefferMC I can't imagine anyone still has the U-100. It's been forever since that was taken away. With that said, I tried to look up a date and found this from 2007:
https://www.att.com/Uverse/files/ServicePackages_2-23.pdf
I totally forgot someone could subscribe to U-100 and then pay $15/mo for a DVR. I'd have to think that the difference between that and U-200 was next to nothing. "Oh, we can upgrade you to U-200 for just $5/mo, but here's some promos where you'll get HBO/Cinemax free for three months, the Movie Pack for free for one month, HD free for a year and, oh yeah, no more DVR fees." (With the exception of the non-movie channels in U-300 and the sports pack, that's essentially U-400 in 2007 terms.)
...then, they would go on the old forums and complain that their price went up astronomically.
Why ATT.com still has easily searchable files from 2007 (before I got U-Verse) is anyone's guess. It advertises internet speeds slower than 6Mbps. If someone wanted to sign up for AT&T fiber today, I believe the slowest speed is 300Mbps and the fastest is 5Gbps. Of course the newest option they're trying to push is AT&T Internet Air.

The price difference between U-100 and U-200 (when I remember U-100 being offered) was exactly the same as the DVR service price. The U-100 mention is part of the quote from the official support article.
You might find it hard to believe anyone still has U-100, but there are those that also find it hard to believe that anyone still has any U-verse TV service, so...

There must have been people (elderly?) who didn't have a need for a DVR and were happy with U-100 because it was access to their local channels.
I vaguely remember some outrage when Fox News moved to U-200...was it "except for people who already had it on their U-100"? Or was that Fox Business that was grandfathered to the original tier?
