940 Starz Encore-western channel format is not 4:3 ratio
Starz encore western channel 940 picture is now in a small box format and not SD 4:3 ratio. Can this be fixed so to look like all the other starz encore sd channels.

If it's just one channel, it's probably how that channel is set up by the programmer.
If an SD channel has the black bars on the side, then that's how it looked before HD. Something that is HD will most likely have the sides cut off.
If it has black bars on all four sides, then it's a 16x9 image. A lot of channels do this, which is basically downsizing an HD image to SD.
