We're having an issue loading all your profiles

I receive this message on my firestick. 

"We're having an issue loading all your profiles

Try again, or proceed with your primary profile"

It has a button for try again which does nothing then use primary just goes to a blank screen

At the bottom it says 50001-002

I dont even have multiple profiles.

I have same issue...... Restarted Fire stick, reinstalled the app, cleared data, cleared cache, deleted apps to free up space etc. I can sign in, but get a screen with two choices... sign out or Free trial.

Have you used the same email with an ATT or DirecTV satellite account?

You need to use different credentials (email) for the service. Login to your DirecTV Stream account and change your email. This is a known issue with the service. Many posts in the forum on the issue.

Anytime I see people say they get that 50001-002 code that usually means their system is "confused" b/c you are using an email used with a previous satellite or ATT account. Just use a new email with Directv stream. That should solve the issue.
