Way to see all the devices being used on my account

Is there a way I can see the devices being used on my Directv Stream account? Currently unable to log in to AFC football game due to too many devices streaming. I only know of two that could possibly be used so trying to see the actual devices currently watching.

No, there is no way to see the devices on your directv stream account. If you are only being allowed three simultaneous streams then directv stream must be determining your home location as an ‘away’ location. This is usually due to the fact that you aren’t using a static IP address.

That's true about the static IP address but one of the tech support guys told me that if you turn off the TV without closing the DTV app the TV will still be counted as an active stream.  And whenever your IP address changes, some or all of your devices will register as not on your home network.  So, these two issues together mean if you have the service on a few TVs and leave the apps open you could exceed the limit of two off-network TV streams going at the same time--regardless of whether you're sharing the service with others.  You can check if your TV is on your home network at     Settings/Preferences/Home Settings. You can also call tech support and they'll have a list of all devices that have accessed your service and you can tell them which are on your network and they will correct it.  One tech mentioned that one of my devices kept switching back and forth between off and on network.  That was probably my phone, when I watch DTV away from my home wi-fi.
