Watching Recordings from My Library

I have a Samsung TV and Samsung remote.  When I go to My Library to watch recorded shows,  the list of shows appears but when I press select it only gives me the option to delete,  not play.   I am using the Direct TV Stream app and not the DTV device as that costs more.  Is this a Samsung/ DTV app bug?

Tried all of this.  Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I have tried to upload image but your site keeps telling me that the upload failed.  The best I can do is tell you that I do the following things: 

1. Go to my library

2. Click on the show or group I want

3.  Then there is a list of recordings but no play arrow like you see on my phone app, or a firestick, or a TV with the Direct TV device plugged in and use the Direct TV remote.

4. If I click on the recording, I get a box that only gives me the option to delete.

I will keep trying to upload a pic.

Make sure the trash can icon isn't highlighted. If that's not the issue uninstall and reinstall the app. Samsung TV app isn't very good. Maybe consider using another external device

The DM icon is positioned in the upper right corner, situated between the notification bell icon and DIRECTV.com. To gain access to this feature, you must be logged into your account. This icon will only become visible when an official PM/DM has been initiated for your attention.
