Watching a channel and tv switches to Guide

While watching a program on stream, display changes to Guide from earlier time frame in the day and lowest channel number in the package. This was a problem for a while when we switched to Directv Stream but after a few days ceased being a problem; the problem recurred this morning. This issue recurs every 10-11 minutes. Thanks
