Up arrow not going to guide (Roku)

I have 2 users on my account. 1 account the up arrow doesn’t open the guide. Multiple Roku devices and multiple TVs. I verified both users have the same settings. Please advise. 
I saw multiple other users with the same issue. No resolution.

Hi, @utahiker. Using the guide with the DIRECTV app on your ROKU devices should be easy. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and restarting your device? This often resolved the issue. For more troubleshooting tips, please visit https://www.directv.com/support/article/000076294
