Up arrow does not open the guide

As of this week when I go into the app it says to use the up arrow to go to the guide but when I do that it just takes me to the last channel

This is happening on all my Rokus too. This started late today (9/1/2024). Not easy to get to the guide now.

@@DIRECTVhelp - Why do you reps insist on taking general technical issues private? Other users often have the same issues but get zero benefit if you manage to resolve the problem privately. The OP’s issue clearly has nothing to do with their account or anything else that can’t be discussed publicly.  Do you get bonuses for not trying to resolve things where others can see?

I am also experiencing this issue on my Rokus. Guide does not appear when pressing down then up. Started not working today

I have the same issue.  I have made sure that Roku and DirecTV apps were up to date.

C'mon DirecTV - Fix the issue.  Its bad enough that ABC and Disney/ESPN channels are no longer available.  I'm sure our bills wont be reduced for the unavailability of programming.

@bcbsncjlj Can we get some attention for the broken UI, that has been reported on Roku, Apple, and ONN. It broke yesterday. It is tricky to get to the guide now.

Agreed - it's nice to sign up for credits for the missing channels, but that's not what this topic is about. The problem I experience is if you attempt to do down/up, the UI freezes on my Roku and I have to change a channel for it to recover the UI.

@bcbsncjlj But this isn't a change, something broke. The UI still tells you after pressing down to arrow up to "Go to Guide"

Support seems overwhelmed by the Disney thing, which they cannot do anything about.
