TV Auto Shut Off-DirectTV Streaming
I have opted out of the TV auto shut off in the Settings menu but my TV keeps turning off after no activity like every 3 hours (the 60 second countdown appears on screen)which is very annoying if you watch a lot of TV. Any suggestions?

Hi, @mwimbish. We're sorry for the trouble it caused you if your TV keeps turning off after you opted it out. Power Saving mode occurs after hours of inactivity to use less energy. We'd like to investigate further. May I ask what streaming device are you using? Joan, DIRECTV Community Specialist

Are you using a smart TV to stream directv or an actual streaming device (if using either, list the specific device)?
Does the streaming device shut off or the TV itself?
