This message has appeared on our screen. We do NOT want sports mode. We just want to watch the Bruins game.
this is annoying and interfering with viewing. How do we delete this message/pop up?

Thanks. I tried the “exit” button last night in desperation. It did not get rid of the screen prompt “Activate Sports Mode Now” with 2nd line of instructions on how to do it. I even went to settings to see if there was something there that might deactivate the message.
The game ended and we turned the tv off.
Hopefully, last night was an aberration and the next time it pops up, “exit” will work.
It is very annoying and interferes with watching the game plays.

I have it on my Directv Streaming. I cannot get rid of it . I’ve read everything I can find on the internet. Nothing works. Is there a definitive way to get rid of it and never see it again?
