Trouble with DIRECTV Stream

See subject above……I have 2 tvs on extRoku devices and 1 tv that it’s built in the tv. all worked using DIRECTV streaming service until this past Monday 6/21….the tv that has Roku built in works but the other 2 don’t! I tried everything from signing in to both DIRECTV & Roku with my passwords to no help….very frustrated with paying for a service that I can.

The 2 tvs keep asking to sign in….I've tried my DIRECTV & Roku sign ins but neither works ….then I get a cust code of 201!

Login to your account and change your password. This issue has been happening lately.

Did you ever have Directv Sat. Service or AT&T for anything?  Usually, this code shows up when you have had an account before and are using the same login info for a previous account.

Yes, I was but it was on the tv that is working with DIRECTV stream now. I’ve also tried to reset both DIRECTV & Roku passwords that still show error signing in on the other TVs.

You need to use a different email address that was not associated with Directv Sat/AT&T not just change your password.  You will keep getting this error code until you do.

Have you restarted both your modem and router lately? Also, are there any error codes associated with the issue?
