Tiling/pixelation

I recently started getting tiling/pixelation while watching TV. I get DirecTV through the internet with Gemini boxes. I have two TVs with separate Gemini boxes and the tiling occurs on both TVs. Although I haven't moved or disconnected anything, I checked the cable connections. The software is current on both boxes.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the help.

Hi, @rckraus. Pixelation is usually because of a slow connection speed. Try restarting your Gemini device by quickly pressing and release the red button on the side. Visit Improve your DIRECTV streaming experience | DIRECTV Support for more tips. John, DIRECTV Community Team

What sort of internet service?

Have you checked your internet download speed?

Try resetting your home network wifi router.

Thanks for the responses.

I'll try resetting the Gemini device although that doesn't seem to fit my issue. I have two TVs, each with its own box. The tiling happens on both TVs so resetting one device may not work.

I have 1GB fiber internet. A speed test shows 940 Mbps download. My other devices are working as normal. I'll reset the router and see what happens.

Thanks again.
