The worst service ever
Wow I wrote a big ginormous review about how terrible your service is in your form crashed yeah you guys do not want me to give accurate input of how I feel your guys's service (Edited per community guidelines) a&e lifetime and History channel are no longer available on the $70 package are you serious that's the whole point those are standard channels standard you guys losing money from last week's AT&t outage you guys need to learn to value your customers my mom paid over $23,000 because your guys's little mix up in one month because AT&t and DirecTV were merged together but AT&t said oh you have to contact DirecTV DirecTV said you have to contact AT&t you guys need to learn to value your customers and not rip people off I used to like DirecTV because it was a nice interface and it was pretty simple sometimes and I was used to it but you guys have screwed me over enough and enough times I literally have to copy and paste this (Edited per community guidelines) article because of this keeps crashing cuz you guys don't want accurate input I'm just really upset by the fact that you guys do not value your customers no more I literally had to switch to Verizon because my prepaid AT&t account kept getting mixed up too prepaid how the heck do you mix up prepaid I'm so done with DirecTV I use my DirecTV stream box for streaming Hulu now Hulu live is way better than this (Edited per community guidelines) least I can watch a&e and lifetime and History channel you guys have lost a customer forever thanks to your guyses greediness in money there's a lot of people who are living check by check and that is giving a good portion of that check to you to watch TV but why would they want to pay you guys if their shows aren't on there no more they'll rather pay for a service like Hulu that also has more shows on there like on demand or Hulu with no ads

1) For complaints about AT&T please feel free to go over and complain in their Forum.
2) AT&T is not the sole owner of Directv as they own 70% and another company called TPG owns 30%. TPG is also the company that is in charge of running the day-to-day operations of Directv, not AT&T.
3)No one is trying to censor you as this is an open public forum free for all to express their likes and dislikes of Directv as they please! But just so you know this is a customer-to-customer help forum and your words are just falling on deaf ears as your rant is only being heard by other customers. Not Directv or AT&T Corporate offices.
4) Good luck with your new service hopefully you never have any issues with it!
