What device are you using?
Still have them here, try rebooting what ever device you are using.

Not seeing any 4K channels, on my Windows computer or my Android tablet. Just looked and nothing there. Never watch on my computer and only occasionally on my tablet.

I've had DirecTV stream about a week or so (I'm an old Tivo guy) for the record the Apple Tv DirecTV stream experience is very good. The chrome browser experience, not very good. Constant freezes and crashes and I have a 600 MBPS wired connection
now that I think of it, the 4k channels are not on my iphone either. I'm sure I will see them on my apple tv when I get home

Checked my Android phone here also, goes from 83 to 202, no 100s at all.

I believe the 4k channels are only available if the streaming device thinks it is talking to a 4k TV. I'm sure that isn't the case on a mobile device. I doubt it is ever the case on a PC (as in, I don't think the browser would necessarily be able to find details on the display device or if it could that it would pass those back to the sourcing website). While it might be nice if the content on the 4k channels was available regardless of the output device, I don't think that is the case.

I'm fine with the 4k channels not being viewable on a non Apple TV. I'm just trying to set up a recording and you can't do that from your phone or browser

I’ll guess that even though the cloud DVR doesn’t care what device you set a recording from, because it sets recordings based on the program guide, if something doesn’t appear there you can’t record it. So a device (like a phone or browser) that doesn’t “see” those channels (so they don’t appear in the guide) won’t be able set a recording on them.
That does seem somewhat user unfriendly. As an alternative, they could always show those channels in the guide (which would - if they so chose - allow you to set recordings) but not allow viewing of the live channels or recordings of those channels on “ineligible” devices. I believe in the (distant) past, premium channels were sometimes treated that way (perhaps accidentally). It seems that wouldn’t be hard for them to do - no idea if they intended to not allow that or they just didn’t think of that use-case.

They dissappear constantly on my LG TV. They come back after a reboot but this is clearly a bug.
