The Gemini NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!

Where do I even start?? Called due to our bill being almost $80 more than the month before, after almost 2 hours my future bills were lower but I was sent this Gemini nightmare. Now don't get me wrong I am fully capable of installing this thing, but I can tell you Directv is about to find themselves one less Gemini box because I am about to launch it in the clay bird launcher at the sporting clay range. 

My husband and I have not been able to make it through an entire show without having to push the reset button or receiving an error message that this location is not authorized. 

After speaking with a supervisor last night she informed me that the engineers are aware of the issues, but until a fix can be found pushing the reset button is the only way to get the system to work after it stops.

So what am I paying almost $200 a month for tv for if it is not working properly?

$200 a month! What in the world are you subscribed to? Need a little more info on the message. What are you watching to get the message?
