The Disney Channels we couldn't get because of Directv's dispute with them

I just chatted with customer service asking about credit we all should automatically get on our bill for the days we did not get all the Disney owned channels because of their contract dispute with them.  They said I missed the DEADLINE to receive the $30 credit. I just got back from Ohio taking care of my mother having bladder cancer surgery.  I was a little busy. Customer service talked to her manager and I just got $10 off of one month statement and I think I just saw where I am getting an increase of $9!  Really big of you Directv! It is not our fault you had issues with Disney. Very poor on your part and I am very disappointed in the way you handled this!

Unfortunately, the costs of distributing programming, for TV providers and streaming platforms, continue to rise as networks and leagues push for higher fees from consumers and businesses to enjoy the same shows, sports, and movies.
