Streaming will not work in browser until cookies are deleted

I am having issues while streaming using my browser (Brave). It is currently updated to the most recent build.

I noticed this issue ever since I have upgraded to Windows 11, and it started this week (may 20th, 2023)

Whenever i click my bookmark for DirecTV, it loads the website, logs me in as I have my cookies saved to do so, and when it shows the guide and video at the top of the page, it will simply spin to load and never load. If i click on a channel or program, it will display an error saying "we are having trouble displaying this content. please try again later."

Then, I delete my cookies and all browser info for DirecTV and reload the page. Upon reloading the page and logging in, it works perfectly.

Is there any fix for this? Or possbily is this a known issue?

Brave is a chrome based browser. This also seems to happen in chrome as well.
