Streaming Issue
I recently got a new Google Pixel Pro 9 XL. I use my DirecTV streaming app to watch the Atlanta Braves when away from home. It is not working on this new phone. I open the streaming app and begin watching the game. Within 4 minutes, the stream is interrupted and I get this message, "Looks like we ran into trouble loading this content. Please try again in a bit". I exit the app and try again. I watch, and 4 minutes later, it happens again. This ONLY occurs on the FanDuel channel, and once when the Braves were on ESPN. The channel is NOT blacked out, it is part of my subscription. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache and data, and ensured the app and phone were updated. This only happens using Verizon mobile data. It works fine using WiFi. I never had this issue with my last Android phone. I appreciate any help!

The error code usually indicates internet connection issues, @JenKen0720. If Wi-Fi works fine, the problem may be with Verizon mobile data. Restart your device. If that doesn't help, contact our specialist at DIRECTV Customer Service - Phone Support & Chat.

As I stated above, I restarted my device and did many other things, but it did not help. The first thing I did was contact customer service by phone and spoke with a rep. He couldn't help me and said he would send my issue to another department, and I would hear back from someone within 72 hours. It has been a week and I haven't received any help.
