Streaming isn't working
I get a message that's says we can't load this content right now please try back later.
I have been trying for 4 days and nothing. I tried it with my firestick, I am able to login but it will not take me any further.
I switched to you all because I wanted to be able to stream while I'm not home. This is making me regret my decision.

Maybe you didn't understand what I am trying to do. I am trying to use the streaming app on my other tvs. When I enter my password and username, it will buffer for about 3 minutes and then I get this error message. I have never been able to use the streaming app. I was told this issue would be resolved by Christmas. Yet, here we are a day after and it still doesn't work.
I am not able to perform the task you requires because I'm not trying to login on my mobile device or laptop, or desktop. I am strictly trying to use the apps on my tvs.
The error message says "we had an issue retrieving this content. We weren't able to load this contest. Please give us a moment and try again.
I have been getting this message for about a week now.
I think I have made a bad decision. Let me see how I can cancel this service.

I have tried everything. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled it. I have cleared the cache, and data. And still nothing. You all have an app that doesn't work.
Something needs he done about that.
