Signing into max
Trying to sign into max when I chose direct tv stream it goes to AT&T sign in page . I spoke to max they say AT&T acquired direct tv stream and that’s the sign in, that makes no sense as nothing says AT&T ! Please help bee. Week can’t sign in and I pay for
it how can I sign in ? Max said come back to you guys

Hi @ErinandNick. We're sorry you're having trouble logging in to your Max account. Which device are you using? To sign successfully, you must choose DIRECTV as your TV provider. If impossible, try signing in from a computer using a code and linking MAX to DIRECTV. Is this useful? Let me know.

Do you have linked accounts to AT&T? Are you using the same login credentials for DirecTV Stream and MAX that are the same with other AT&T accounts?

Never had any trouble signing until last week
i I will try logging into my computer today when home from work
i I normally sign on it looks like AT&T then it flips to direct stream but now I can’t even sign into that that’s all I have for AT&T
I was in it last week to check I had max add on and I do everything is active

Ok so finally got in
1. had to change my password on at&t
2. went in through my ipad
3. had to sign in under directtv
4. flipped me to AT&T sign in so I signed with at &t password
was finally able to get in !
that was long way around the block was never this hard before did they do some kind of update ? And I never saw direct tv duo to AT&T sign in before ( well I never noticed it before! )
