Setup with sound bar

We recently added the DirecTV streaming box to our setup and our sound bar is very muted, even though the sound indicators show that it’s at full volume.

We have a Samsung tv, Polk sound bar, the streaming box and it’s set up with a direct connection through an Ethernet connection.

Any ideas what we could have connected wrong or any additional syncing or setup that we might need to do?
