Series recordings not working

I just signed up for my 5-day free trial. Looks like I’ll be sticking with cable if DVR functions like this… I set up numerous series recordings, including some for last night, and NONE recorded. 
I’m using Roku and waiting for my streaming box to arrive later today. Don’t know if that will make any difference. I tried to record shows on ABC and NBC, by the way. Not Fox, where I hear there might be Guide issues.

Hello. We're glad you're taking advantage of the trial and regret there's an issue with series recordings. We're aware, and we're working to fix it. As a workaround, please cancel and restart the series recording. Thank you, DIRECTV.

We are having the same issue.  We set up series recordings.  It shows the recording red icon but we see nothing on MY LIBRARY.  I thought maybe I didn’t record the series correctly but it happened on all the series we set up.

Just curious… Are you using a DIRECTV streaming box or another device to stream?  I ordered a box (which just arrived today).  I am currently streaming through Roku and probably won’t even hook up the box if my series recordings don’t work again tonight. 

I took DirecTV’s advice by canceling my scheduled series recordings and then re-recording them. We’ll see if that “workaround” fixes the problem temporarily while waiting for DIRECTV to come up with a permanent solution.

I’m using DTV Stream Device.   BUT it’s working now.  It wasn’t this afternoon. Maybe it was a glitch but I just set up a bunch of series for later today and they all recorded and are in my library.  So I deleted and re-recorded my original series.    
I was able to start watching them before they finished and everything worked just fine.  As I said it wasn’t working earlier today.

Are you setting up the "record series" for new only? B/c that red dot/icon will show you have set up on series recording in the guide and on live shows you are watching no matter what. If you have it set to "new" then it will only record new shows---but the red dots will still appear on shows --to indicate they are set to record series.

Was set up for new series.   These were daily shows so they are all new.  Was a problem with the Stream confirmed by earlier post from employee.  There were several series that did not record and even had the red dot when they were on.  All fixed last night.

I set mine up for all programs, new and repeats, and it still fails to record SNY. This is very, very frustrating. DirecTV, FIx this!!!
