Recordings disappear from a program's list, then come back next day or when Firestick is restarted.

I have been experiencing a problem for several months whereby when I go to watch a recording I know was made and showed in the list previously isn't listed. Instead the message "no airings found" is displayed. 

This problem comes and goes. One day the problem exists, and the next day things are fine. The recordings that previously didn't show in the list are back again. They have not reached the 90 day expiration.

I can fix the problem temporirily by restarting my 4K Firestick device. But this gets old real quick.

Is anyone else having this problem? Are there any permanent fixes?
