Recording Auto Extend
Superbowl didn't auto extend. I set the Superbowl to record and it showed that it would Auto Extend. Watching the game and surprise! The last few minutes of the game wasn't recorded. Why?

Thanks for the advice. I checked my Superbowl recording again last night and guess what, it did have the rest of the game. What happened was the recording appeared to have ended at the designated time. Then if I started the recording again the rest of the game was there. Always a learning experience.

Autoextend is not a reliable feature. Never rely on it for critical sporting events. Always schedule a recording for the show that follows your desired sports show.
