Random App Changing

We're having problems with DirecTV switching streaming apps randomly.  Currently watching On Demand, then we were switched to HBO max.  Other times, we've been watching a recorded show when the streaming has switched to Disney Plus.  This has been happening for several weeks.  Please help.

What streaming device are you using? Has this been an issue in the past? Are you aware of any changes that could have caused this? Is the physical TV changing or the streaming device is changing? (In other words is HBO Max or Disney plus being launched on the physical TV being that it is a smart TV?)

DirecTV Stream.  The problem has been happening for a few weeks now.  No changes have been made from our end.  The apps are changing within the streaming service - not the TV.

Just to confirm, which streaming device are you using? (I.E. fire stick, roku, DIRECTV STREAM Osprey Box, Apple TV)

I've been having the same problem for about a week. Just got the DirecTV stream box two weeks ago and one afternoon it randomly started switching apps that otherwise take me a minute to navigate to. Tonight it stopped a movie on Amazon and started playing a show I watched earlier today on Hulu.

Have you figured anything out to stop this?  I haven't, but I haven't had time to reach out to DirecTV yet.

Hi! Has anyone figured out what caused this problem? Mine keeps switching to TVPLUS and it's very frustrating.
