Peacock not working with DirecTV stream

When I try to use the Peacock app with my DirecTV stream on my TV, nothing happens. I just get this screen and nothing else. It happens with both my Panasonic TVs. It's been screwed up for more than a week now.

Contact support and report the issue. Others have reported the same problem. This is just an open community forum and no one here can resolve the issue.

Thanks. I've contacted DirecTV support. They in essence told me it's Peacock's problem.

The app seems to be working fine on other devices.

Same stupid Olympic rings screen freezing here as well. But... I did got to the App Store option inside my Direct TV menu, found Peacock, signed into Google Apps, ..it let me "uninstall Peacock", then I hit "Update", and then "Open".... then signed into Peacock... now its working (at least for the time being).  (I used the "turn off & wait" 2 weeks ago and worked...for a while.)...Hope this helps out.
