I just purchased the DIRECTV Choice Package. I’ve noticed that the oxygen Channel is not included in this package. Can I purchase this channel as an add on?

No. You will need to upgrade to a channel package that includes Oxygen.

This is why you should look over the channel lineup before changing package, or getting service in the first place.
Channels are not add-ons. The channel owners sell their channels in packages to TV providers who must in turn package them to us customers.
