On demand playback issue
I'm watching a series on Fox on demand. The show I'm watching has 5 episodes available in the current season. I start out with episode 3 and upon reaching the end, I'm forced to exit VOD Ave restart to watch the next episode. I say forced because the exit button does nothing and the only option I'm presented with is to return to live TV. I go back into Fox on demand and watch episode 4 of season 5 of the show. That episode ends and again I'm forced to exit.
why is this happening? Why can I not get an option to continue to the next episode instead of only being able to return to live TV?

What device? Is "Auto Next Episode" on under settings? I rarely watch on-demand, especially series.

Gemini box. Auto play next episode is on but it doesn't work the way it should.

Hi @c_brookhart, we apologize for the playback issue. Have you tried toggling the Autoplay Next Episode to OFF and back ON? If so, do you see any changes? Resetting your box often helps with issues. Press the red reset button or unplug it from the power source. Visit Get Help with Your DIRECTV Gemini | DIRECTV Support to fix any Gemini issues.
