Non working Viewing screen with DIRECT TV APP

Viewing screen with Direct TV app on Motorola g7 shows pixelating green.  All other video apps on phone work great.  What is the solution.

Follow these steps, @kslarabel1.

 

1. Confirm your DIRECTV App is up-to-date

2. Uninstall and reinstall the App

3. If needed, close and reopen the App
