Just checked on my end. Everything is coming through normally for Fox News on my end. If you are using a Directv Gemini device try doing a Red Button Reset by holding in the red button on the device until it restarts.
Since you are using Roku I would first try rebooting your device. I know my Roku has a reset button if rebooting does not work then try uninstalling the app restart your Roku device then reinstall. I hope that this helps.
Go to the Directv app without going into the app press the * button on the remote and it should come up reset the app or remove try resetting first then uninstall if resetting does not work.
Are you having any issues with the sound on any other channels? Have you tried watching on another device like a computer/tablet/phone to see if you can get sound on that channel using another device to see if this is just affecting your Roku?

Was able to get sound on DirecTV programs but no sound on apps like YouTube and Prime
Resetting the Gemini brought the sound back
