No network or internet connection

Repeatedly get the message “no network or internet connection” yet phone and service tests show nothing is wrong with internet. Directvtv streaming and also att internet. Has been repeatedly happening yet I can change the channel and it comes in.  Given my initial setup required 2 additional follow ups with technicians finding a) hardware provided needed to be swapped out and b) another tech found the connection outside to be faulty and another found something at the area junction was setup wrong, I’m not sure where the incompetence lies or if this is the best att can do. Asked for another tech visit to determine the problem with direct tv streaming issues but since the internet tests are “good” despite this repeated message on the tv saying No network connection, they said contact is needed. Just reboot the router. Great so that’s what I’ve been doing and still doesn’t work.

To clarify this is happening on directtv streaming seri e while speed tests show no disruption. (Although I’ve also had this happen on my laptop resulting in dropped work calls as no wireless connection is found while sitting 6 ft away from the wireless router

What device are you using to access DIRECTV STREAM? Has this been an issue in the past? Are you able to stream DIRECTV STREAM on other devices such as another TV, a phone, or a tablet?

Apple TV plus.  No, hasn't been an issue before to this extent although it's happened before.  It was ongoing all night even when verifying the WIFI and restarting everything.  Hadn't tried streaming on my phone to crosscheck.  Seems better today when I check but some picture adjusting when I change to like ESPN for example and it takes a few seconds to clearly display.  Unfortunately, all issues I've had are intermittent but last night was the worst case.   I always reset but seems like a default reaction and doesn't always correct the issue so just wondering if there's more that needs to be looked into in the home or if the wifi router is faulty.
